The Role

What you'll be doing

This is a full-time position based in Lagos. The Brand Manager will oversee brand strategy, ensure consistent messaging, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, monitoring market trends, analyzing brand performance, and building strong relationships with stakeholders and healthcare professionals. The Brand Manager will ensure that brand standards are upheld, while working towards increasing market share and brand growth.

Qualifications

What we're looking for

Brand Management, Product Strategy, and Marketing Strategy skills

Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Trend Monitoring expertise

Proficiency in Content Creation, Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

Strong Communication, Leadership, and Collaboration skills

Proven experience in FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Media

Minimum 5 Years Work Experience

Ability to adapt to hybrid work arrangements and work autonomously

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
